Consulting firm Aon Hewitt, in partnership with The RBL Group and Fortune magazine, has just launched its first global leadership study.
Titled “2011 Top Companies for Leaders,” the new survey aims to build a body of knowledge on global leadership practices. According to Aon Hewitt, the study will also explore whether there is a link between organizational results and these practices, and allow leaders the world over to pinpoint what works in terms of motivating employees and boosting productivity.
The study will also analyze how the best companies choose their leaders, and then develop and sustain them, including via training or employee feedback.
Participants
Organizers are inviting all pubic and private companies in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific to participate in the study, free of charge, for a copy of the results. Participating companies will receive a complimentary research brief.
This is not the first time Aon has investigated leadership; since 2002, it has conducted regularly surveys in various geographic areas including the United States and Asia Pacific. There have already been three editions of the Canadian study.
