CRH Canada is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for positive business impact to support our Dufferin Construction business unit in Oakville, ON.

The Role:
As a subject matter expert within recruitment, you will act as a highly effective partner, supporting our Dufferin Construction business unit. You will take a consultative approach to talent acquisition, leveraging your influencing skills to deliver strategic hiring solutions that attract the right talent for salaried, hourly and seasonal roles - particularly within the engineering and administrative functions that support some of Southern Ontario's most complex and high-impact infrastructure projects.
Externally, you will excel at talent identification and attraction, sourcing/networking, skills/fit assessment and delivering a consistently positive candidate experience. Our candidates are our customers! Internally, the role is that of consultant to the business, validating positional requirements against market availability, recommending and utilizing creative sourcing channels to build a diverse pipeline of candidates and overall assuring that we hire top talent who are excited to work for CRH Canada and its subsidiaries.

Local Travel: 60% (3 days per week Oakville Office & across the GTAA as required)
