The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our Safety team. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, create technical documentation, and facilitate cross-functional communications. You will manage data entry, support project requirements gathering, and translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information.

What you'll do

  • Perform data entry as required
  • Invoice / Purchase order management (forecasting / processing)
  • Update Training / and Workday Logs as required
  • Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop detailed business requirements documentation
  • Create process flow diagrams and technical specifications
  • Support project teams in requirements gathering and solution design
  • Excellent skills in managing team inbox's
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive safety documentation and communications
  • Effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams
  • Translate complex technical concepts into easily understood language
  • Collaborate with senior leadership across team, within Process Safety & Services, TC Management System, and field safety teams to deliver various multi-functional requests

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2-4 years of business analysis experience
  • Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with requirements management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in energy/infrastructure sector
  • Knowledge of business process modeling techniques
