We are looking for a talented Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Development, you will be responsible for providing learning and development support for corporate education initiatives. You will be the first point of contact for all corporate university programs and will manage enquiries and provide support to users of online learning platforms. You will also be involved in coordination and delivery of learning & development programs and activities from initiating contracts, coordinating course material, compiling reports, managing financial requirements, and supporting system requirements including learning management, faculty engagement, and employee and consultant/vendor interaction. This position requires a high level of organization, with the ability to prioritize and manage complex, multiple programs to meet employee, contractor and overall requirements and deadlines.

Accountabilities include:
Support live online learning events as the webinar administrator, and provide basic training to faculty as required
Support live in-person learning event logistics
Schedule faculty and resources
Manage and schedule reviews of learning materials in LMS and on SharePoint
Track program status, resources and deadlines
Maintain course records in LMS and related systems, and collect and report on course feedback
Generate and compile records and reports in collaboration with HRIS
Provide user support and account creation/maintenance for tools used by L&D
Manage learner enquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
Assist with vendor management and establishing vendor contracts
Coordinate and monitor expenses
Order materials and supplies
You have:
A bachelor's degree and/or an acceptable combination of education and experience may be considered
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
1-3 years of experience in providing administrative support
Experience as administrator of webinar and video conferencing software
Experience in learning management systems, particularly Workday, is considered an asset
