PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager Technical Training - Mechanical to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing comprehensive technical training programs for our Mechanical employees. This role would lead a team of training instructors, plan workforce execution, and meet regulatory and customer service standards. Successful candidates would have strong leadership skills, business sense, along with the ability to plan, guide, and influence decision makers. This is an outstanding chance to create a significant impact on the growth and success of CPKC's critical Mechanical workforce.

Management Conductor Program:
