The Business Analyst, Digital Enablement is accountable for the development, implementation, measurement, and improvement of the procedures, protocols, records, and performance of the Industry Solutions (IS) and helps deliver continuous improvement to all elements of the team. The Manager reports to the Manager - Digital Enablement and is a consultant to the broad Industry Solutions team, leveraging their expertise in digital solutions, processes, and practices to support a variety of intended strategic outcomes.
As the leader within this portfolio the Business Analyst will:
Consult with teams and team members across IS to understand their objectives, processes, and tools
Draft insights to improve on activities based on needs for documentation, process improvement, or new tool introduction
Implement improvement insights, leading change management
Communicate regularly with teams around best practices
Analyze, measure, and report on business activities and the impacts of change
The above activities will be undertaken with various working levels across the team, including frontline, management, director, and executive team members. The successful applicant will be able to tailor their approach to these various audiences and effective build relationships and rapport with our diverse team of experts.
Qualifications:
Related post-secondary degree or diploma
Related digital tool adoption/implementation work experience (3+ years)
Related business analysis and requirements gathering experience (2+ years)
Change management experience
Excellent oral & written communication, including both technical and the ability to explain digital concepts to business leaders
Applicants with education credentials earned outside of Canada should have their credentials evaluated by World Education Services or the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS).
Remuneration: $82,189.64 - $108,886.96 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. (MAE - 019).
