About the Role:

Reporting to the Vice-President, Fan Experience, the specialist, Scheduling and Staff Services leads and builds the Fan Experience and Security part-time staff reporting needs and oversees the scheduling efficiencies and requirements utilizing the workforce scheduling system, ABI.

Your Focus in this Role:

  • Creates and manages insights through reporting for the management team aligned with the key performance indicators.
  • Manages and maintain employee license records.
  • Manages new employee's integration journey.
  • Leads uniform management, including stock inventory, name tags, reports, training uniform room staff, and liaising with third party providers.
  • Coordinates and sets up special teams on the Fan Experience and Security roster such as Premium team and Tour Ambassadors
  • Schedules corporate/private events and manages these on a daily basis to reflect changes to ensure the events are staffed to departmental standards
  • Identifies operational efficiencies within scheduling.
  • Collaborates with Coordinator, FanX and Security.
  • Supports the Fan Experience & Security department with special projects as required.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Solid expertise on how to use ABI MasterMind.
  • Experience in working with performance indicators such as cost efficiencies.
  • Comfortable coaching and providing guidance to junior staff.
  • Solution-driven, agile, and adapts well with changing demands.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of scheduling experience.
