As the People & Culture Coordinator, you'll lead initiatives that enhance the employee experience, from managing benefits programs to coordinating recognition efforts and analyzing engagement trends. Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Initiatives, you'll play a key role in shaping a culture where innovation and inclusion thrive, and contributions are celebrated.
Your Role at a Glance
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of initiatives that elevate the employee experience and foster a thriving workplace. Your responsibilities include:
· Managing and enhancing benefits programs, ensuring employees understand their options and receive timely support.
· Coordinating recognition programs, from milestone celebrations to initiatives that help employees feel valued and appreciated.
· Administering surveys and analyzing feedback to develop actionable strategies that boost engagement and retention.
· Partnering with departments across the organization to align benefits, recognition, and engagement initiatives with company goals.
· Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.

What you bring
· Minimum two (2) years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or a related role.
· Strong knowledge of benefits practices, policies, and compliance requirements.
· A knack for analyzing survey data and translating insights into strategies that drive engagement.
· Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Self-motivation and independence, with excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
· Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
· A passion for fostering workplace diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
