Reporting to the Director- Human Resources, the HR Analyst is responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics to provide valuable insights and recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining data integrity within HR service functions.


What you will be responsible for:

Data Collection and Analysis

  • Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll records, surveys, exit interviews, government labor statistics, and competitor practices.
  • Analyze data and statistics to identify trends and patterns related to recruitment, retention, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Create and maintain companywide people related KPIs on various dashboards and support data analysis as required.

Reporting and Recommendations

  • Prepare reports summarizing data results and present findings to business leadership.
  • Identify and recommend short-term and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for policies and activities aimed at improving organizational culture, attracting qualified candidates, motivating and retaining employees, addressing staffing issues, and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Develop standard and ad hoc reports, tools, models, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.

Data Integrity and Compliance

  • Maintains the integrity and credibility of data sets through routine audits.
  • Conduct audits of core data practices and procedures to maintain data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

HRIS Management

  • Serve as the super user for HRIS, including producing central training/support materials, providing training to other HRIS users, and managing enhancement/change requests.
  • Intake requests for changes to the system and coordinate with IT or vendors to implement changes.
  • Collaborate on systems change management with requesters, process owners, and the HR team.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency within the HRIS.

Compliance Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date compliance reports.
  • Coordinate with legal and HR teams to address any compliance issues or concerns.

HR Program Support

  • Maintain documentation of HRIS processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to HRIS usage and data management.
  • Assist in the rollout and implementation of HR programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in HR analytics or HRIS management is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, HRIS management, or a related field.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, including system configuration and reporting functionalities.
  • Understanding of HR processes and best practices, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance requirements and regulations.
