As an HR Admin Coordinator

You will:

  • As an Ambassador of our Solutions, you will process HR records and transactions as they relate to employee life cycle events such as new hires, transfers, leaves and departures. You will maintain accurate electronic position and employee files.
  • As an Advisor, you will resolve customer inquiries from Tier 1 workflow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • As a Researcher, you should be ready to investigate questions using a variety of resources to obtain necessary data in order to complete transactions where required.
  • As an Analyst, you will perform audit and data activities as well as assist in maintaining process documentation.

Qualifications

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Understanding of HR processes & functions (payroll, hiring, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & PeopleSoft
  • Demonstrated superior customer service orientation, with an excellence in verbal and written communication
  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to diffuse conflict and emotional situations
  • Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality, and anticipate needs, thinking logically and creatively, exercising good judgment and acting independently
  • Strong ability to prioritize, adjusts to changing priorities, and successfully complete numerous short and long-term assignments simultaneously

Nice to have:

  • 1-3 years' experience in Human Resources, and at least 2 years' working within a corporate environment
  • Understanding of TES Customer HR policies, procedures & collective agreements
