Join us as our new Talent Attraction Specialist. In our end-to-end recruitment role, you’ll collaborate closely with candidates, partner with hiring managers and connect with internal stakeholders while managing your own recruitment portfolio. Your responsibilities will include developing sourcing strategies, sharing market insights, and championing best practices in recruitment. A customer-centric approach and giving candidates a seamless and positive recruitment experience while promoting our employer value proposition will be essential. This role will be focused on high-volume recruitment.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment starting from the job brief all the way to offer negotiation.
  • Partner and advise our hiring managers on best practice recruitment processes and market knowledge.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract and recruit exceptional talent at Prospera.
  • Be an Ambassador and Champion of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as an integral part of our recruitment processes and initiatives.
  • Actively engage and collaborate to enhance our recruitment process improvements and initiatives.
  • Partner and work closely with our Talent team and wider People Experience team.
What you bring to our role:
  • 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting for high volume roles
  • Previous experience working in an in-house recruiting capacity an assset
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner with hiring managers, through an advisory and consultative approach.
  • A Strategic thinker with proven planning and organizational skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), engaging in Social Recruiting, and leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proven skills in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • A resilient mindset, able to manage ambiguity, and an interest in identifying continuous improvement recruitment opportunities.
  • A proven team player who is passionate about recruitment and supporting business goals.

Prospera offers a total compensation package of base pay plus incentives that is market competitive and reviewed against the market annually. Starting salary is normally targeted around the middle of the posted salary range, and is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity. For this role, we are looking at a hiring range of $79,200 to $88,000.
