Position: Senior Partner Manager, Enterprise Entertainment and Content Management

About the role:

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to manage and support RHEI's full-service digital business for select enterprise partners in the premium Enterprise Entertainment and Content Management verticals. You'll build trusted relationships with key client executives and identify opportunities to grow existing brand/client relationships, developing presentations and pitching solutions that drive RHEI's revenue. You will bridge client needs with internal execution, ensuring world-class service delivery within contract parameters and budget. Additionally, you will collaborate with Talent Management and Content Acquisition teams to identify and engage Creators aligned with monetization opportunities. By leveraging client events, you'll implement community-building strategies to grow Creators' fan bases. Your role will involve optimizing cross-functional processes, prioritizing resources, and continuously improving operations to deliver innovative solutions for Creators and enterprise brands. You will also be responsible for executive reporting and monitoring financial outcomes, ensuring RHEI exceeds partner expectations while pushing the boundaries of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the Head of Strategic Partnerships you will support our full service digital business for a few, select enterprise partners in the premium Enterprise Entertainment and Content Management verticals
  • Develop trusted relationships with your portfolio of key client executives
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing brand/client relationships, develop presentations and pitch solutions to solve for clients' business needs and grows RHEI's revenues
  • Bridge client relationships and the internal execution needed to deliver world class execution of services for those partners
  • Monitor and review project execution against client objectives within contracts parameters and budget
  • Activate stakeholders across the organization as needed to ensure deals are flawlessly executed and RHEI exceeds our partners' expectations
  • Liaise with and direct the Talent Management and Content Acquisition teams to identify Creators (both new acquisition and any in our network) that are aligned to specific monetization opportunities and provide support as an SME to close those opportunities
  • Leverage client tent pole events to create and activate community building strategies to grow our Creators fan & viewer base by having our Creators interact with other Creators/client fans & viewers
  • Manage and continually optimize a cross functional process and structure to operationalize unique solutions for Creators and enterprise brands
  • Help RHEI prioritize resources and elements across the company to deliver solutions
  • Identify core areas for improvement and work with the various teams to address, to ensure RHEI's centers of excellence continue to push the boundaries of what is possible
  • Responsible for executive reports and dashboards to monitor financial outcomes as well as oversee monthly, quarterly and annual client reporting.
  • Other duties that may be required from time to time

Key Requirements:

  • We are looking for someone with demonstrable success in account management at a very high level; you should have approximately 5-7 years experience in an agency like setting or within brand management at a client organization
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in how brands are built in the digital media landscape
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior client stakeholders and C-Suite executives
  • An understanding of how the creative process works in developing new brand concepts, and be fluent in articulating the value to clients
  • Expert in creating value through creator activations, brand deals, integrated brand deals
  • Manage and lead team that can execute flawlessly to the last detail
  • Understand and be able to articulate how Google Ad Manager, programmatic Ad strategy, content management, rights management, creator activations, and UGC all fit into our clients' digital landscape
  • A post-secondary degree in a relevant field (business, media, marketing) preferred or equivalent industry experience
