Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition & Development, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of our seasonal positions, leveraging your expertise to source, engage, and select candidates to join our Seasonal Team.
By fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike, as a Talent Ambassador for Rocky Mountaineer and not just a recruiter, you will deliver an impeccable candidate journey, epitomizing our commitment to excellence and embodying our values and aspirations in every interaction.
This position is a 6-month fixed term contract (January – June).
