As a Training and Video Designer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of our internal sales team and key bank partnerships through strategic training initiatives. Your expertise in design and video editing will be crucial in developing comprehensive training programs that are both engaging and effective. Collaborating with team members and experts across the organization, you will also have opportunities to leverage the latest AI technologies to drive scalability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and Develop Training Materials: Create engaging training strategies, playbooks, and materials to empower our internal sales team and external partners.
  • Create Visually Appealing Documentation: Use your design skills to produce visually appealing training documentation and materials.
  • Produce High-Quality Training Videos: Apply video editing skills to create high-quality training videos and tutorials.
  • Enhance Training Content with Video Animations: Utilize video animation skills to further enhance training content
  • Collaborate on Curriculum Development: Work with the training team and organizational experts to develop effective training curricula for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS): Optimize LMS to deliver and track training programs.
  • Innovate with AI Technologies: Collaborate with the FISPAN AI Committee to develop new AI use cases and explore strategies for scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop Automations: Work with the Business Transformation team to create automations and improve processes across the organization.


Required Skills + Qualifications:


  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in training development, project management, or sales enablement.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
  • Design Proficiency: Proficient in design software and tools for creating training materials and documentation.
  • Video Editing Skills: Skilled in video editing software to create engaging training content.
  • LMS Experience: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for delivering and managing training programs. Knowledge of Training Certifications and CPE (Continual Professional Education) credits is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage, prioritize, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Motivation and Proactivity: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders to complete projects with speed and accuracy.
  • Adaptability and Learning: Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.
  • Industry Interest: Preference given to candidates with interest or experience in Financial Technology, Banking, ERPs, or B2B Businesses.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with video animation, AI technology, or automation is a plus.

    Compensation and Benefits Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $70,000-$78,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
