Junior Performance Marketing Manager (User Acquisition) Remote (Canada)
As a Junior User Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the growth of our mobile game titles. You’ll work closely with our marketing and analytics teams to develop and execute user acquisition strategies that attract and retain high-quality players. Your passion for mobile games, especially match-3 or idle genres, will give you a unique edge in understanding our target audience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, and ad networks.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools. Generate reports and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and advertising. Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for user acquisition.
Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
Budget Management: Assist in managing and optimizing advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize user acquisition goals.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising trends.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Passion for Gaming: Experience or a strong interest in mobile games, particularly match-3 or idle genres, is highly desirable.
Compensation Range: $56K-$70K per annum. Salary is determined by experience, skills, and capabilities.
