Description: Top Canadian tech agency seeks a curious and enthusiastic People & Culture Specialist to join our growing team! This role reports to the Director of People & Culture (DPC) and allows you to take on various responsibilities to develop and nurture a diverse global tech team.

Location:
This position is 100% remote; however, only candidates based in Canada and with Canadian Citizenship or PR will be considered. While Aequilibrium is a remote-first company, we host in-person social events and team-building activities. If you're based in BC, you must attend local in-person career fairs, networking, and other company events.
Salary:
The salary range for this position is CAD $55,000 - $70,000 annually.
Salary offered will be based on skills, experience, and market data.
