As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, you will be part of our Total Rewards team, contributing to the development of incentive plan design and tools. Most importantly, you will be a critical part of ensuring successful delivery of compensation programs in support of our overall rewards strategy. Responsibilities
Sales Compensation Plan Support: Assist in designing and refining sales compensation plans that align with business objectives.
Payout Data Analysis: Analyze payout data and provide recommendations to improve the sales compensation plan.
Market Intelligence Reporting: Support the preparation and presentation of reports on market intelligence findings to leadership.
Documentation Support: Assist in creating clear and concise documentation and requirements for the sales compensation plan and policies.
Payment Processing & Audits: Manage and audit payment processing to ensure accuracy.
ICM Tool Maintenance: Maintain and manage the ICM tool (Varicent) to ensure accurate compensation calculations.
Internal Team Trainings: Conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure understanding and compliance with sales compensation processes and policies.
Qualifications
Familiarity with global incentive compensation complexity.
Experience supporting sales design and modeling initiatives.
Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing circumstances.
Proficiency in data analysis and identifying trends.
Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills for modeling and forecasting.
Experience simplifying complex processes.
Familiarity with ICM tools and Salesforce CRM.
Bonus Experience
Experience working with sales compensation plans for Saas companies.
Experience with accrual and quota forecasting.
Familiarity with Google suite tools.
Familiarity with Varicent ICM tools.
Familiarity with Workday.
