Reporting to the Manager of People Service, the Sr. Clerk will provide front-line solutions to our colleagues' Payroll, Pension & Benefits inquiries or triage them to our Subject Matter Experts for optimal resolution.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service in response to inquiries from current and terminated colleagues, and external vendors and agencies regarding corporate programs, policies and processes
Become a front-line representative for colleague questions or concerns through emails, telephone and/or self-serve
Support colleagues and Subject Matter Expert's inquiries in Service Now
Manage multiple tasks while being responsible for your own workload in a team based environment
Play a key role in assisting colleagues with Workday support
Implementation of new processes
Various other duties as required
Basic Qualifications
1-3 years of experience within Absence Management or an equivalent HR field
Bilingual in French and English, strong communication skills, written and verbal in both languages
A Post Secondary education is required
Bonus Points:
Previous experience with Service Now case management platform is an asset

Time of Operation Monday to Friday 8 am 4 PM
