Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We are recruiting for an HR Business Partner, Talent located in our Winnipeg Head Office. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for the overall talent strategy at Richardson including recruitment campaigns, social media campaigns, attraction strategy, recruitment analytics and campus recruitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the recruitment campaign for campus and general recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment with needs of the individual divisions
  • Lead organization-wide campus recruitment program, providing support to the HR Advisory teams for their respective areas
  • Support all elements of the corporate strategy for talent acquisition, including social media, candidate sourcing strategies, branding, difficult to fill strategies, recruitment tools, and reporting
  • Develop training on interview techniques and processes for hiring managers
  • Recruit for difficult to fill positions on an as needed basis as determined by the HR Manager

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience working in a generalist human resources capacity with extensive recruitment experience
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Previous experience with recruitment in post-secondary institutions an asset
  • Demonstrated experience managing detailed projects and improving processes
  • Ability to present information and/or training to groups of various sizes and experience; superior verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Ability to travel across Canada and the USA and possess a valid driver's license to attend campus recruitment events, primarily in fall and winter months
