Your Role
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Strategy and Operations Manager to lead the strategic direction, optimization, and day-to-day operations of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). In this role you will ensure our HRIS supports organizational goals, improves efficiency, and adapts to the evolving needs of the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive data-driven decision-making, and manage the integration of HR technology solutions to enhance HR and Payroll functions.
Day to Day
Develop and execute HRIS strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency and improve employee experience.
Lead system, module, and process improvements to optimize HR & Payroll functionality.
Oversee HRIS team operations, monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
Manage system audits, process optimizations, and HRIS-related projects including upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet scope requirements.
Guide HRIS team in reporting for Payroll, HR, and leadership teams, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Mentor HRIS specialists and collaborate with departments to align HRIS with business needs.
Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure effective support and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience managing HRIS systems, ideally in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, processes, compliance requirements, and data security standards.
Strong expertise in HRIS platforms (preferably UKG)
Proven experience in system implementation, process improvement, and change management.
Familiarity with integration tools and APIs
