The Global Mobility Specialist will be responsible for providing oversight for end-to-end global mobility services; including the management of all HR transactional processes. This role works with the CoE to ensure the consistent and efficient delivery of day-to-day global mobility services.

How you'll Help:

  • Accountable to ensure quality service delivery and consistency in support of the overall global mobility process.
  • Identify the need for global assignees including conducting pre-assignment planning and initiation working closely with the home/host manger and CoE.
  • Employee support - Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on program offering, process, and general mobility queries.
  • Ensure that the transactions needed to support the overall global mobility process are completed in a timely and accurate manner; as it relates to: Setting up payroll and benefits for assignee; Managing global assignment data; Extending / ending global assignment; Immigration activities; Manage relocation and repatriation.
  • Responsible for managing the localization process working closely with CoE where required.
  • Conduct year-end activities as it relates to global mobility.

About You:

  • 2-3 years of experience in global mobility.
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience with basic technology functionality (e.g., case management, knowledge management).
  • Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner; effective listening and communication skills.
  • Solution based and adaptive in program delivery through an employee first mindset.
  • Knowledge of employee data administration and end-to-end processes.
  • Knowledge of HR systems.
  • Experience with transaction processing and data management.
  • Attentive to details and deadlines; strong ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of HR systems is beneficial, particularly SAP and SuccessFactors.
