As an Learning and Development Specialistr at McCain, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and delivery of effective learning programs across the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that educational initiatives align with our corporate values and strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include managing learning administration processes, maintaining training records, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
In this role, you will be tasked with coordinating training schedules, tracking employee progress, and providing technical support for our learning management systems. You will also assist in the development of training materials and resources, ensuring that they are engaging and accessible.

Compensation Package: $65,500 - $87,400 CAD annually + bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
