As an Organizational Effectiveness Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Organizational Effectiveness team on projects related to planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating organizational effectiveness activities throughout the organization. You will support activities related to change management, learning, process enhancements, team effectiveness, and organizational design while always keeping the employee experience in mind.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data and information used in OE projects supported by the OE team.
  • Conduct research on best practices in various subjects and compile the results into reports for the OE team.
  • Complete activities as required under the direction of an OE Specialist. This could include completing stakeholder analysis, creating documents, managing data, and updating plans.
  • Attend and participate in project meetings with OE Specialists.
  • Coordinate efforts with other groups as needed, including HR Business Partners, Communications, and Training teams in the delivery and execution of organizational effectiveness and change projects.
  • Own a portion of small organizational effectiveness initiatives independently and provide support to Senior Organizational Effectiveness Specialists or Senior Manager on medium to large-scale initiatives

Your Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Good research skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong time management skills
  • Results oriented with the ability to prioritize and deliver against key priorities
  • Able to work with multidisciplinary teams in a positive and productive manner
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

Your experience

  • Post secondary education or relevant experience.
  • Change management certification or designation an asset
