We are seeking a motivated and talented Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our HR Transformation Strategy team. This role is essential in supporting our clients through HR transformation initiatives, leveraging innovative strategies and technologies to drive organizational change and improve HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of HR transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and business performance.
• Collaborate with clients to assess current HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and design future-state HR operating models.
• Utilize data analytics and insights to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
• Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to the development of project deliverables, including reports, presentations, and client communications.
• Support the mentoring and development of junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on HR transformation initiatives.
• Assist in business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 1-3 years (Consultant) or 3-5 years (Senior Consultant) of experience in HR consulting, HR transformation, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting HR transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are an asset.
• In-depth understanding of the latest HR technologies and a keen interest or experience in artificial intelligence (AI) applications within HR.

Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000 (Consultant) and $72,000 - $138,000 (Senior Consultant), and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
