Our Talent Sourcing team is growing!

As a Senior Specialist- with Deloitte Canada you will utilize your creativity, research and relationship building abilities to attract top talent. You will partner with leaders, business stakeholders and Talent Acquisition colleagues to deliver research and sourcing solutions critical to the firm's future growth.

What will your typical day look like?

This role will have Research and sourcing at its foundation. You can expect continuous learning, challenging work, and a strong team environment.

  • Develop innovative research and sourcing strategies that prioritize inclusive talent attraction practices, ensuring alignment with the firm's priorities.
  • Leverage tools and strategic thinking to identify diverse talent pools, conduct market research, and generate actionable insights.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expertise on talent trends, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics.
  • Identify potential candidates who best align with the talent needs and strategic priorities of the firm.
  • Adopt an agile approach to support talent research and sourcing efforts, effectively engaging with diverse teams to enhance outcomes, and responding proactively to dynamic needs.

About the team

You are someone who has/is:

  • Curious, Resourceful, Persistent and Creative
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships and work with business, recruiters, and sourcing teams.
  • 3+ years creative talent research and sourcing experience, ideally within a large, complex organization
  • Experience with sourcing tools to engage passive candidates (LI Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
  • The ability to build and maintain robust pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
  • Proven ability to use resourceful and out of the box thinking to generate robust sourcing strategies.
  • Skilled in prioritizing and working with agility.
  • DE&I / diversity recruiting experience is an asset
  • Experience in a sourcing and/or research function in a corporation or an agency is an asset
  • Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National clients, bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
