Purpose of the Role
As an HR Administrator at Content Bloom, you'll play a dual role as a trusted HR partner and a strategic recruiter. You’ll lead day-to-day HR operations while actively supporting our company’s talent acquisition efforts across Canada, the U.S., and beyond. From onboarding and employee experience to hiring coordination and compliance, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our people processes running smoothly.
This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive team player with a deep understanding of HR systems, a sharp eye for great talent, and a passion for supporting a people-first culture in a fast-paced consulting environment.
