Job Summary | Dalhousie University's People and Culture team strives to ensure Dalhousie's people and culture goals and core values are aligned and fully embedded across the institution so that all members of the university community feel included, motivated, and supported to excel in their careers and in advancing the mission of the university. Reporting to the Director, Total Compensation and Human Resources Information Services, the Manager, Compensation and Benefits will lead the day-to-day activities of the Compensation, Benefits and Job Design units to provide expert advice to all levels of the university and to consult with senior leaders across the institution to develop relevant plans. |
