The Training & Coaching Supervisor will play an integral role in supporting both apprentices, and the continuous development of the skilled trades in the work force. This will be achieved through training program development, facilitating employee training, record keeping, continuous learning initiatives, identifying employee's skill gaps and developing then implementing an action plan that aligns with the goals of the company. To refine skillset, agility, and keep up to date with production requirements up to 15% of this role may include Production Supervision. This is a day shift position but occasional work on weekends, 2nd or backshift will be required, depending on business needs.
All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
