Position Summary:
As the Senior Specialist, Organizational Development and Wellness, you will play a key role in contributing to the achievement of Holland Bloorview's mission, vision, values and strategic plan. Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Development and Wellness, you will design, deliver, and evaluate high-impact learning and organizational development initiatives that strengthen individual, team, and organizational effectiveness.
In this role, you will collaborate with leaders and teams across the organization to build leadership capability, foster team effectiveness, support change management, and promote a healthy workplace culture rooted in learning and well-being. You'll apply your expertise in adult learning, facilitation, coaching, and engagement to identify needs and deliver creative, evidence-informed solutions in areas such as leadership development and employee wellness to support organizational effectiveness.
You bring well-developed communication, critical thinking, and project management skills, along with a passion for continuous improvement and inclusive, people-centered development.
