Here is what you will be doing:
Supports the financial analysis of the Performance, Accountability and Funding Allocation Team associated with program implementation and on-going funding.
Supports implementation, monitoring and reporting of funding initiatives
Responsible for tracking and reconciliation of funding
Processing of payments to health service providers
Assists with the development and implementation of performance management of Health Service Providers (HSPs) and health system performance with knowledge in one of the following: Community, Mental Health and Addiction, Hospitals, Primary Care or Long Term Care.
Supports the development and implementation of the and Annual Business Plan activities.
Assists in the development of OH performance reports by ensuring appropriate data analysis, data interpretation, and incorporating feedback from relevant stakeholders.
Contributes to the process that analyzes and prioritizes opportunities for local system implementation in alignment with local, and the Ontario Ministry of Health and Ministry of Long-Term Care priorities.
Collaborates and works with local and regional programs and networks to implement initiatives aimed at improving the health system.
Participates in provincial dialogue related to local and provincial initiatives.
Builds OH’s institutional knowledge in areas of specialization through writing briefing notes, preparing recommendations, and contributing to reports. Delivers presentations and transfers knowledge to others both within and external to OH.

Education and Experience:
Post-secondary education is required
Experience in health care is required
Experience in a customer-facing role is required
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication skills are required
Experience collaborating with External Stakeholders is an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel is an asset
