The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.
Responsible for the day-to-day activities related to Staffing, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Training and general Employee Relations to ensure improved quality of work life for all employees in an identified client group, in accordance with the principles of the "Magna Employees' Charter".
Health and Safety:
General:
Completion of community college diploma/certificate
3 to less than 5 years of work related experience
Minimum completion of post-secondary education, preferably in Human Resources Management
Minimum 2 - 5 years related Human Resources experience
Working towards CHRP designation
