Tasks

  • Manage the full recruitment process for all positions.
  • Manage employee integration and well-being, ensuring a positive work environment that allows them to perform at their best.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and updating system records.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on various platforms, ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • Manage and track operational processes and work orders in the internal system.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure a smooth operational flow.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees working in the warehouse or dining areas, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
  • Support team members by answering questions, providing updates, and relaying important information.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and encourage the application of best practices.
  • Address operational issues or challenges on the ground.
  • Facilitate the organization of breaks and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • You have a strong background in recruitment and HR management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in operational support, warehouse management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • The ability to communicate in French is an asset.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license, required for the position.
