Tasks
Manage the full recruitment process for all positions.
Manage employee integration and well-being, ensuring a positive work environment that allows them to perform at their best.
Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and updating system records.
Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on various platforms, ensuring prompt follow-up.
Manage and track operational processes and work orders in the internal system.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure a smooth operational flow.
Serve as a point of contact for employees working in the warehouse or dining areas, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Support team members by answering questions, providing updates, and relaying important information.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and encourage the application of best practices.
Address operational issues or challenges on the ground.
Facilitate the organization of breaks and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
You have a strong background in recruitment and HR management.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 to 2 years of experience in operational support, warehouse management, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
The ability to communicate in French is an asset.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Valid driver's license, required for the position.
