Job Summary: As a Recruitment Coordinator you will play a vital role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team by assisting with recruitment efforts, by coordinating candidate interviews and facilitating the hiring process. You will assist in creating and managing job postings, scheduling interviews, sourcing, attending local career fairs and help oversee the applicant tracking system. Additionally, you may assist with onboarding activities and provide administrative support to the TA team as needed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, posting job openings, and screening resumes.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics, including booking meeting rooms and arranging travel for candidates when necessary.
  • Conduct pre-screening assessments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and update applicant tracking systems accordingly.
  • Provide administrative support to the TA department, such as managing calendars, and responding to inquiries from candidates and hiring managers.
  • Attend job fairs/career events and local community partner events.
  • Assist with other TA projects and initiatives as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator/Recruiter/HR Assistant or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
  • Hands on experience with candidate sourcing.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Previous experience with manufacturing environment a plus.
