Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Total Rewards Analyst to join our team, specializing in Compensation and our Global Relocation Program. This role is crucial for our annual compensation cycles including Annual Merit, Bonus and Benchmarking activities. For Relocation, this role ensures a smooth and efficient relocation process for our associates, enhancing their experience, and supporting their integration into Canada.

Key Responsibilities for Compensation: #LI-Hybrid #LI-TN1

  • Execute compensation programs, including merit increases and incentive plans.
  • Conduct variety of analyses to determine appropriate salary ranges and job classifications.
  • Support execution of market surveys to establish competitive compensation benchmarks and analyze results as needed.
  • Understand salary structures and pay policies to support alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compensation plans are aligned with budgetary constraints and organizational objectives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management, summarizing compensation trends and recommendations.
  • Support work in pay equity and pay transparency to stay compliant.
  • Conduct regular audits of compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide support for compensation-related queries and issues from associates and managers.

Key Responsibilities for Relocation:

  • Relocation Coordination: Manage end-to-end relocation processes, including visa applications, housing arrangements, and transportation logistics. This is in coordination with our immigration lawyer and relocation vendor.
  • Associate Support: Provide comprehensive support to relocating associates and their families, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the relocation process.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations related to global mobility and relocation.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to facilitate relocation services, including tax consultants, mobility companies, and immigration consultants.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of relocation activities, expenses, and associate information and reporting.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating associates, providing clear and timely communication regarding their relocation status and next steps to internal stakeholders.
  • Training and Orientation: Develop and deliver orientation programs to help associates acclimate to their new locations and understand local customs and practices.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the relocation process, ensuring a positive experience for associates.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Canadian compensation practices.
  • Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in compensation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
