Join our Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI) project. Honeywell will be installing and replacing residential and commercial electrical meters for electrical utility services across the province of Ontario and in selected deployment areas.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Commercial Meter, Mearie 3 Certified Auditor/Trainer to join our team in Ontario. In this role, using your Mearie Level 3 certification, you will be responsible for the auditing of both residential and commercial electric meters across the province.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Auditing installed meters, utilizing state-of-the-art data collection tools via handheld tablet, and computers.
  • Ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional interaction with local utility customers.
  • Responsible for training field installers.
  • Adherence to safety policies and procedures is paramount, including the diligent execution of hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as outlined by company protocols.

Honeywell provides comprehensive training, certifications, and the necessary equipment to enable successful task completion. Travel throughout Ontario will be required.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12 education)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Active MEARIE 3 Certification.
  • Completion of a Meter Technician training program, encompassing a minimum of 8000 hours of electrical metering work and Mearie Level 3 Certification
  • Customer required background verification checks must be completed and approval maintained
