Contract period: September 2024 to November 2025

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Planning and Performance, the Manager, Planning and Performance will focus on improving processes, communication, tracking, monitoring, and reporting for the organization. Manager, Planning and Performance will drive initiatives that make our Commercial team as efficient and effective as possible.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop standardized reporting for daily, weekly, and period KPI's; Support and improve reporting required for Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings as well as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings;
  • Support in the annual budgeting, account planning & monthly LE (Latest Estimate) process;
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to track new KPIs as required;
  • Help to design better tools and provide reports across various functions;
  • Assist in building the story and backup to support data-driven business cases;
  • Help with the training and on-boarding of the Commercial Team;
  • Support development of content for annual Commercial Team meetings;
  • Provide guidance in discussions around data standardization and data cleansing that impacts sales and marketing.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, preferred;
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a business or marketing role;
  • Superior analytical and communication skills.
