POSITION SUMMARY: 1 Year contract

Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives within the service delivery centres to ensure optimal performance and achievement of key metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor operational KPI's to ensure performance is conformed to standard.

  • Identify and implement cost reduction initiates that will have direct impact on the bottom line

  • Develop/Implement/Execute periodic audits on the operations to maintain quality assurance

  • Training, health & safety, work well audit, employee engagement,

  • Productivity, staff utilization, non-billable

  • Data integrity

  • Evaluate current operational process and identify areas of deficiencies

  • Develop solution models to redesign/improve the process utilizing statistical analysis and data intelligence

  • Leverage LEAN/SIX SIGMA principles as a change management

  • Ability to champion critical operational projects with multiple stakeholders under strict timelines and a culture of resistance to change

  • Leverage agile management principles to drive results

  • Ability to reinforce accountability to timeline and results

  • Manage a team of 3 to 5 staff

  • Work collaboratively with different functional areas to obtain buy-in for process changes

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in (Health Science, Engineering or Business) or relevant experience

  • Strong LEAN and SIX SIGMA experience

  • Strong Project Management and Agile Method experience

  • 1-3 years of people management experience in service operations

  • Excellent training, coaching, verbal communication skills

  • Strong technical background utilizing business intelligence tools, analytics, simulations

  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) is preferred

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-directed and work with others in the context of a team

  • Superior analytical, research, judgement, and problem-solving skills; takes personal initiative to apply these skills independently/without direction

  • Performance driven, accountable for results.
