As a non-profit, and one of Canada's largest Social Enterprises, we do incredibly innovative things to enhance health, hope, and happiness across the country. Our Total Rewards 2.0 (TR2.0) program is designed to apply our Social Enterprise activities to our staff population, to innovate and differentiate SE as an employer, to optimize choice and flexibility, and to enhance financial and health wellbeing for our people and their families including building stability and generational wealth opportunities.
