Day in the life:

In the day-to-day life of a Sr HRBP, you'll have the opportunity to partner with division leaders and lead strategic planning initiatives to achieve short, medium, and long-term business objectives. You'll work hand in hand with talent partners to evaluate workforce needs and create exciting competency-based interviews that will leave candidates eager to join the team. And that's not all - you'll also be tasked to develop engaging onboarding programs that will make every new hire feel like they're stepping into a exciting adventure.

You'll also dive headfirst into talent reviews, succession planning, and dynamic talent retention initiatives, ensuring that the organization is always filled with top-notch and high-spirited individuals. You'll get to create individual development plans that will guide operations through their own personal growth journeys, helping them reach new heights of success.

Along with that you will lead action plans for annual engagement surveys - you'll be the one orchestrating the survey experience such that it will compel employees share their thoughts and ideas. You'll also get to coach operations on the imperative health, safety, and compliance practices, ensuring that everyone stays safe and has a great employee experience.

Along with that, you will be in-charge of employee relations, conducting investigations and running performance plans to maintain a harmonious and vibrant work environment. And when it's time to showcase your achievements, you'll provide oversight to senior leaders with your captivating HR dashboards, presenting them with a visual feast of data and insights.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in human resources management
• Strong employee relations experience
• Post secondary education in business and/or HR
• Vehicle for transportation and extensive local travel
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
