What You'll Be Doing: The Senior Learning and Development Specialist is a results-driven professional responsible for guiding the analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs that enhance team member development, strengthen company values, and drive business performance. In this role, they will partner with Subject Matter Experts and instructional designers, acting as an internal consultant to create impactful learning experiences that foster engagement, build capabilities, and support organizational growth.
The role is required to adhere to Sienna Senior Living Inc's Hybrid Work Model - 3x a week at Markham, ON had office and 2x a week work from home with Wednesdays being a required anchor day.
