Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and thorough Talent Acquisition Coordinator (bilingual, French & English) to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our Recruitment team and enhancing the overall candidate experience. Your efforts will ensure that our hiring processes run smoothly and efficiently, reflecting our commitment to excellence and innovation in talent acquisition.


How you'll make an impact

  • Requisition Process Management: Accurately document and manage requisition processes, guaranteeing adherence with company policies and procedures. This involves maintaining records, reporting and tracking the progress of requisition.

  • Job Postings: Coordinate and manage job postings to ensure they are visible to potential candidates and align with our strategic hiring goals.

  • Preliminary Candidate Reviews: Conduct initial reviews of candidate applications to assess qualifications and fit for the role, providing valuable insights to the recruitment team.

  • Candidate Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering queries, and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Onboarding Activities: Organize and facilitate onboarding activities, including conducting background checks and preparing onboarding materials to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.

  • Travel and Expense Management: Oversee travel arrangements and manage expense reimbursements for candidates and new hires, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Vendor Management: Arrange and maintain vendor lists, ensuring that all recruitment-related services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

About you

  • Strong bilingual communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse candidates and team members.
  • A High School diploma with at least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition role, demonstrating a solid understanding of recruitment processes.
  • A solid customer service orientation, with a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks.

Preferred:

  • A Bachelor's degree or certification specializing in Human Resources, which will provide a deeper understanding of HR principles and practices.

  • Process Improvement: A passion for finding innovative ways to enhance and streamline recruitment processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Talent Acquisition function.
