Job Summary
The Supervisor will lead the administration and optimization of the City's Human Resources Information System (ADP's Workforce Now) system. This role will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, ensuring seamless system performance and linkages to other systems to support the PS department operations. The Supervisor oversees the biweekly processing and administration of all staff ensuring all aspects of compensation and benefits are processed and entered into the HRIS system accurately and timely. With a solid understanding of payroll technical and legislative requirements, the Supervisor will work closely with the Payroll department and PS staff to continuously look for opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes.
