What you'll do

It's safe to say, there's no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

  • This position is responsible for the preparation, delivery and assessment of the National Training Calendar, Global Leadership curriculum, and TJXC Curriculum. This position also provides ongoing recommendations to drive learner engagement, contributes to communities of practice and supports other L&D projects as required
  • Plans, schedules, prioritizes, monitors, and delivers courses identified on the National Training Calendar through Instructor Led Training (ILT) & Virtual Led Training (VILT)
  • Reviews facilitation approach and evaluates course content for all assigned courses resulting from Global Talent Management programs, and partners closely with Delivery Manager to ensure solutions for delivery and facilitation of courses meet desired business learning objectives
  • Drives learner engagement by providing business partners with recommendations on different courses and communication vehicles (e.g. BYBS, Yammer, and the Thread) that Associates can use to connect to additional learning curriculums and ensure higher course enrollments
  • Partners with L&D teams to provide awareness and recommendations on course facilitation outcomes to support development of existing and new learning needs for the business

What you'll need

To begin your career with us, we require the following:

  • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of related experience in a training related role
  • DDI Accredited Facilitator; VILT Delivery certification and demonstrated experience
  • Completed or working towards certificate in Adult Learning; experienced in adult learning and facilitation techniques
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitation/presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams with various needs and objectives, experienced in creating communication messages and plans and participating/leading meetings/presentations
  • Must be bilingual/fluent in both English and French, verbal, and written communication

Salary Range: $74,753 - $104,654* /year

*This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
