We are looking for a passionate and skilled HR Systems and Digitalization Specialist to join our team at DHL Global Forwarding in Mississauga! In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our HR processes, focusing on digitalization and effective HRIS management. Your expertise will help enhance efficiency and effectiveness within our HR department.

IN THIS JOB YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Administer and manage all Talent Management processes from a systems perspective, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR systems, including ATS, MTW, Kronos, CHRIS, and SharePoint, and guide the HR team through updates and integrations.
  • Lead initiatives to digitize HR processes, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the HR function.
  • Collaborate with IT, Regional HR Team and other stakeholders to implement HR technology solutions that support digital transformation.
  • Manage and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Oversee employee data management processes, including data entry, updates, and reporting.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to employee data, metrics, and trends to support HR decision-making and strategy.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports to HR leadership and stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee merit increases and ensure accurate data analysis and reporting.
  • Provide insights on compensation trends and employee performance.
  • Partner with HR team members to support various HR initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct training sessions with HR team and stakeholders in the business to educate them on the use of Talent Management systems and HR processes.


YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of experience in an HR generalist / HR analyst role.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with HRIS, Performance Management & Time and Attendance systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
