Responsible to support the day-to-day activities related to Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Policy development, Communication and Information, Training & Development and in promoting positive Employee Relations in accordance with the Employee Charter, Magna policies and the MBCM Employee Handbook. Provide effective and efficient Human Resources support to all departments and ensure adherence to Human Resources legislation, such as Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Act, Occupational Health & Safety Act and AODA.
