Position Summary...

​​This position is responsible for implementing the Canada Ethics and Compliance Training strategy and plan for the organization, playing a key role in developing and implementing compliance training activities to drive a culture of compliance within the company.​

What you'll do...

1.Develop and oversee the framework for the Ethics & Compliance Training program, utilizing in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge to strategically plan and execute robust and effective training initiatives. Ensure comprehensive understanding and adherence across the organization.
2.​​Ensure the Ethics & Compliance Canada Training Plan is meticulously aligned with overarching Global Ethics & Compliance objectives, fostering consistency and strategic alignment with best practices.​
3.​​Collaborate extensively with the Global Training & Awareness team and key stakeholders to achieve the global training agenda, promoting a cohesive and unified approach to meet organizational goals.​
4.Oversee and meticulously manage the training design budget, ensuring expenditures are judiciously monitored and remain within the prescribed financial plan. Act as a resource for financial stewardship in training initiatives.
5.​​Partner with instructional designers and the training team to facilitate the creation and delivery of superior quality training modules. Leverage in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge to ensure content excellence and engagement.​
6.​​Solicit and incorporate feedback from Subject Matter Experts and business partners to drive continuous improvement and refinement of training programs. Apply best practices to ensure they meet evolving requirements and standards.​
7.​​Provide comprehensive reports on training compliance metrics, addressing any gaps and ensuring global tracking requirements are met. Utilize these insights to solve complex problems and facilitate informed decision-making and strategic adjustments.​
8.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and compliance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the training programs, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the field.
