As Manager of Internal Communications and Employer Branding, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance employee engagement and strengthen the Aramark's employer brand. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, you will craft messages that align with the leadership team's vision, while fostering a cohesive brand, promoting our company's culture and values both internally and externally. You will help develop internal communication strategies that will reach all levels of the organization, including our frontline team members. Additionally, you will support for head office events and quarterly town hall meetings, ensuring seamless execution of internal events that reinforce key messages and company culture.
