Day in the Life:
·Manage and maintain the Workflow Request Queue in SuccessFactors Employee Central for all Canadian Employees including managing data Changes
·Ensure compliance with Federal & Provincial payroll legislation and company policy
·Maintain employee records as per government regulations
·Process CRA Remittances
·Process Garnishment's
·Process EHT Remittances
·Process Union Payments
·Respond to union inquiries and assist with union review
·Jira Ticket creation, review and validation
·Liaison with branches on payroll related items
·Assist with other duties as assigned
What We Are Seeking:
·Minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll processing role
- Knowledge of relevant government regulations
- PCP or CPM designation preferred - or relevant work experience
- Must have strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, especially excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and detail orientated
- Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Experience with salaried, hourly union and non-union payroll is required
