What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Digital Marketing & Growth at RBC Insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for driving successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that maximize ROI and contribute to our growth. You will leverage your expertise in programmatic marketing and various advertising platforms to develop and execute performance-driven strategies while collaborating with multiple lines of businesses, internal and external stakeholders, manage the relationship with agencies, vendors and internal teams like design, e-mail marketing, demand gen, marketing and more.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns, including paid search, display ads and social media, across multiple channels like Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources to ensure the highest return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance and communicate results to stakeholders with key findings and trends and identify actionable insights to support marketing and sales goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative marketing strategies.
  • Mentor and guide internal team member and stakeholders about performance marketing, best practices and how to use data from reporting to make informed decisions.

What Do You Need to Succeed:

Must Have:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in performance or programmatic marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns, with a deep understanding of search and social marketing, and hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads and more.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions and experience working with analytical tools like Amplitude and Tableau.
  • Demonstrated experience in the financial or insurance services industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving excellence in marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • Experience working with agencies or design teams, with a proven track record of creating briefs, managing projects and delivering full campaigns
